Lodging for this whitewater river
rafting trip is usually in the town of Salmon before the trip and in McCall
following the trip. Most people come into Boise and drive or fly to Salmon to
start their trip. The drive from Boise to Salmon is about 6 hours or the
charter flight takes about an hour and cost approximately $125. There is a
complementary shuttle van from the Salmon airstrip to the Wagon's West Motel.
There are only a few places to stay in Salmon but several in McCall.
